Volunteer 15 hours each week teaching English to a family in exchange for room and board in Jordan! Weekends are normally free to experience the culture by traveling around Jordan.
Nepal has numerous project opportunities, including teaching English in schools, conservation projects, working with orphaned children, assisting in a rural health centres or helping to renovate a local school or monastery.
You can choose whether to teach English, help children with special needs or work in summer camps. The projects take place in Mianyang, a big city of the Si Chuan province which experienced a severe earthquake in 2008 and urgently needs help.
