Families carefully screened by us are available across the UK and throughout your time in Britain you'll receive support from a local coordinator and EIL UK.

People with English as their first language are needed to volunteer by spending 15 hours a week helping a Peruvian family with conversational English. That's it. Many Peruvian families want to learn English or get better at speaking English through conversation. They are willing to provide a private room and 3 home-cooked, healthy meals each day.

Our partner, The Thaqafat Association, is a Cross Cultural Moroccan Association and is a non-profit organisation that was established by young Moroccans. Their objective was to promote Moroccan culture and to expose it to the cultures of other countries throughout the world and thus is actively seeking volunteers from around the world to take part in a range of projects in the country.

Volunteer 15 hours each week teaching English to a family in exchange for room and board in Jordan! Weekends are normally free to experience the culture by traveling around Jordan. The program has a focus on cultural exchange and host families are not only excited to learn English but also love to share the characteristics of their country, culture and cuisine.
