People with English as their first language are needed as volunteers to spend 15 hours a week helping a family on the Galapagos Islands with Conversational English. Many families want to learn English or get better at speaking English through conversation and in exchange they are willing to provide a private room and 3 home-cooked, healthy meals each day.

Don't just learn German, live it! Spend anywhere from 2 months to a full academic year going to school in Germany and living with a German host family. In partnership with EIL Germany we offer students an opportunity to really get to grips with German language and culture.

France is well known for fashion, cinema and delicious cuisine and Paris, its capital, is one of the most popular destinations for romantic travellers and culture lovers. In addition, France can count on a long, rich history and on high standards in life and education.

This unique programme gives young students the opportunity to discover France, its way of life and its culture, while improving their language skills. Students are placed in caring, highly concerned host families and are supervised by a team of local coordinators (each student being assisted by a specific area representative).

India is massively overpopulated (with about 1.05 billion people), and suffers from serious problems related to poverty and environmental degradation. Voluntary organisations play an important role in addressing these problems, and volunteers are always in demand. Placements are available in projects in various locations around India, including Delhi, Mumbai (Bombay), Ahmedabad, Pune and Patna.
