EIL UK is a charity providing intercultural learning opportunities through homestays, study abroad, international volunteering and cultural group programmes. We also offer opportunities for UK participants to increase their awareness of cultural diversity and build tolerance and understanding.
All current vacancies are posted on this website, which is updated regularly. No CV’s and no agencies please.

Volunteering Opportunities
Hosts
Welcoming international visitors to your home is a wonderful opportunity to learn about other countries and cultures and form friendships that can last a lifetime. Wherever you live in the UK, please get in touch if you would like to find out more about the opportunities and joining EIL’s network of warm and welcoming hosts.
Due to the new programmes starting soon, we are currently expanding the network of our hosts especially in:
- Bath (read more about the Bath Spa Uni Project)
- Bristol
- Cardiff
- Kent (particularly: Ashford and Tenterden)
- Nottinghamshire
- Merseyside (particularly Southport)
- Wiltshire (particularly Bradford-on-Avon, Chippenham and Swindon)
- Worcestershire (particularly Worcester, Malvern, Pershore and Evesham).

Support Volunteers
We are always looking for volunteers who can help us to deliver our programmes from office or home based administration and research to transport and chaperoning of students on day trips. This can be a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and enhance your CV.
